Beer Equipment
Does anyone know any websites with experiments with beer?
Specifically "Beer Biochemistry. I searched articles in several magazines, but the experiments require expensive equipment (HPLC, electrophoresis, etc.) and I need something cheap and didactic. I have common glassware (pipettes, burettes, flasks, etc) and equipment such as ladders, heater / stirrer, thermometers, refractometers, pHimeters, etc ... please help!

Only simple concepts that are simple correlations can be done at home. Can measure a beer volume and pH, as is normal. Can then degassed beer and then measure the volume and pH. You can then compare the CO2 beer volume and pH related to carbonic acid. You can also capture gas (Degassed beer) on a globe and measuring the volume and calculate the volume of CO2 from the beer.
